Welcome to Brain Gym, operated by HeyPN at braingym.heypn.com (the "Site"). By playing the game or using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, simply don't use the Site — no hard feelings.

1. The service

Brain Gym is a free, browser-based puzzle game provided for entertainment and casual brain training. No account is required, and no purchase is offered or necessary. We may add, change, or remove features (including game modes, mechanics, scoring, and advertising) at any time without notice.

2. IQ score disclaimer

The "Estimated IQ" shown in the game is a playful, informal score calculated from your in-game performance (stage reached, solving speed, lifelines used). It is not a scientific, psychometric, or clinical measurement of intelligence, and should not be treated or presented as one. It exists purely for fun and motivation.

3. Fair use

You agree not to attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or abuse the Site or its puzzle-generation service — including automated scraping or flooding the game's backend with requests. Play fair; the game is free for everyone.

4. Intellectual property

The Brain Gym name, design, artwork, code, and puzzle engine are the property of HeyPN. You're welcome to share links to the game and screenshots of your scores anywhere you like. You may not copy, rebrand, or redistribute the game itself without permission.

5. Third-party services

The Site uses third-party services including Google Fonts, Google Analytics, Google Forms, and potentially Google AdSense in the future. Your use of those services through this Site is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free puzzles, or that your streak will survive a dropped connection. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyPN is not liable for any damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site.
